Compfi is committed to being a force for good in the communities where our teammates live and work. “Giving back” and performing community service is an important part of our Corporate culture.
During the year we participate in several events that raise funds for these charitable organizations, unselfishly give time to help or support them financially. We enthusiastically serve as Board members and event volunteers. We take great pride in supporting our local communities and organizations, and helping to make them vibrant, enjoyable places to live and work.

Best Buddies Pennsylvania offers One-to-One Friendship and Leadership Development programs – positively impacting nearly 51,950 individuals with and without disabilities in Pennsylvania.
The Education Partnership is Southwestern Pennsylvania’s first teacher resource center that distributes school and classroom supplies at no cost to students and teachers in need.
Humane Animal Rescue is one of the largest animal welfare organizations in Pennsylvania, providing services to tens of thousands of animals each year at our two shelters and wildlife rehabilitation center. It provides enhanced services to domestic and wild animals alike, while bringing greater efficiency in animal care processes, staff training, and cutting-edge practices to one cohesive organization.
Every Child develops, preserves, and strengthens the relationships to family and community that are essential to every child’s growth and development through child-focused, family-driven services.
The Penn Hills Fire Department is made up of six fire stations, which provide fire protection, fire prevention/public education, with stations 222, 223 and 227 providing vehicle rescue and other various phases of rescue services.

Variety – the Children’s Charity (of Pittsburgh) provides children with disabilities with unique programs, experiences, and equipment throughout 65 counties in Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
The Pennies from Heaven Fund helps to ease financial hardships for parents so that they can stay with their children in the hospital. Whether it’s assistance with transportation, food, sibling care, overnight bags, or other expenses, the Pennies from Heaven fund was established to keep families together when they need it most.
Rotary is a club of business and organizational leaders committed to improving the quality of life in our community. Rotary is about Service Above Self!
Circle Camps provides free summer camp for girls who have experienced the death of a parent. Through multi-year camp and leadership programming, Circle Camps prepares girls to become confident young women.
The Still Remembered Project provides bereaved parents and families Christian-based support and encouragement for a loss due to miscarriage, stillbirth, or early infant death. Our efforts offer hope and healing throughout all stages of the grief journey.
A Glimmer of Hope is a 501c3 nonprofit organization with a staff of 50 volunteers committed to the fight against breast cancer through cancer research and programs, and most importantly, studies in premenopausal breast cancer, as breast cancer in younger women tends to be more aggressive.
The Alexis Joy D’Achille Foundation is here to help women and families who are suffering from and affected by perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.
